It’s a good idea to arrive 15 minutes before your booked time. This gives you time to fill out waivers, secure your belongings, and use the bathroom. If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but if you’re more than 10 minutes late we might not be able to get you in.

An escape room is a small adventure. You and your team have a goal, and you must work together to overcome obstacles by finding creative solutions on the path to that goal. Inventive problem solving is important. Teamwork even more so.

You’ll have one hour to complete your adventure. If you haven’t solved the final puzzle by then, you’ll have to come back and try again.

Not at all. Our rooms may have goals behind locked areas, but you will always be able to exit the way you came in. We understand that it’s hard to save the world when you really need to pee.

It’s best to start with full bellies, empty bladders, and sharp minds. Filling out your waiver before you arrive helps, too! Our puzzles do not require any special knowledge going in. Everything you need will be in the room.

If you’re unravelling the mystery of Abigail Rose, you’ll need between four and ten people. If you’re taking on Dr. Light, you’ll need between two and six people.

So long as your number of players is within the range of the room requirements, no problem. We’ll settle the bill when you get here.

Anyone over 18 can come in unsupervised. For younger players, an adult needs to be present. Some parts of our rooms are delicate, so we ask you to use your best judgment when bringing young players. If you trust them not to break things, we’ll trust you.

Nope. You pick your team and you get the room all to yourselves.

Not really. The Restless Spirit of Abigail Rose is a little spooky, and it starts out in darkness. But there are no jump scares or actors waiting to grab you.

We may not be there when you show up. But if you see us inside, sure, we’d love to say hi. We can’t guarantee there will be any rooms immediately available, but we’ll find a timeslot for you.

Our rooms are ADA accessible. A few of our puzzles require identifying colors, reaching above four feet, or lifting, so you’ll need at least one player capable of doing so. Everyone is welcome.

We ask that you don’t bring food or drinks into our rooms, but you can leave them temporarily in our lobby. We won’t eat much. We promise.

Our rooms require attention to detail and lateral thinking, so your mind needs to be sharp. Save the drinking for a celebration after.

Don’t get me started. The Asean Streat Food Hall is great. Piroshky Piroshky is around the corner. Harbor Café is right next door. Sandwiches, coffee shops, Indian food and vegetarian fare are all within a couple blocks.
